Usage less than four-months cannot be guaranteed. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service department prior to receipt. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping.

When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers’ needs and assists in the development of better products. When returning items please let us know if you want a credit card refund or a credit.

If you do not have any benefit within 90 days, then simply return the unused portion with a letter stating that you would like a refund based on your results and we will promptly return your money.
Refunds will be issued to you either via Credit Card or Check, less shipping and handling charges.

We are unable to accept returns for international orders and there are no returns on materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients.
